Technical Support Engineer/Manager - Solar Inverters
A Technical Support Engineer/Manager is urgently required to join a leading Chinese manufacturer of grid-tied inverters. The company has first-class R&D and manufacturing facilities in China and is expanding its business into Europe.
They are looking for an individual to join and head up their technical support team in their German office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support team and develop Standard Operating Procedures
- Provide all pre and after sales support
- Work with sales team to achieve overall business goals
- Provide training to customers and sales team
Key Sills:
- Engineering related qualification
- Experience with solar inverters
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- High level German and English
