My client is a leading manufacturer of PV cells, modules, and develop utility scale projects. They are a global company providing quality solar power solutions to the international market. They have an established and growing European business and are searching for a Technical Support Supervisor to join their Italian team.
The position offers the opportunity to join a world leader in the solar PV industry and continue their growth in the market.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide pre and after sales support to customers
- Support the sales team with technical aspects and liaise with customers throughout sales process
- Provide internal and external training on products and systems
- On-site visits and attending conferences and exhibitions
Key skills:
- Strong technical experience in the solar PV industry
- Experience in system design and grid tied utility scale systems
-Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
