Plant Manager - Wind - Germany
My Client is an established Wind Turbine Manufacturer, based in Germany, with a truly global footprint within both the On- and Offshore Wind Markets.
Due to strategic growth and expansion, they are looking to develop a new and improved generation of Offshore Wind Turbine.
As a result of this, they are currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the production of new and existing multi-megawatt platforms across a number of locations within the EMEA region.
This person will develop and implement a suitable strategy for the improvement of existing operations with a view to improve current production volumes.
In preparation for market integration of the new platform generation, this person will reevaluate current production processes in order to accommodate major offshore projects.
Reporting to Board level, the incumbent will have a wealth of experience in Operations Management, with preference being given to those who have a strong knowledge of lean and six sigma principles.
The successful candidate will have a degree in an Engineering related discipline and will currently hold a similar position within the Energy or Manufacturing industries.
