Global leading engineering company are seeking a Lead Engineer manage the existing Wind Engineering Team. For many years they have been researching techniques to realise the potential of renewable energy as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible while offering site and project management services.
Candidates will be expected to:
* Be familiar with managing the technical and personal aspects of a wind project, relevant national and international codes and standards & the use of Class and Statutory Rules
* Be familiar with the design, construction and operation of construction of Wind Turbines
* Manage projects and work in teams with engineers and consultants
* Take active part in sales and marketing and in developing client relations
You will have experience in Onshore Wind market. We expect good all round technical ability, with experience from one or more of the following areas:
* Technical consultancy
* On site Safety
* Management of personnel
* Structural engineering
Degree requirements: Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, MSc. or equivalent work experience
