Head of Sales Germany - Solar PV
My client is a leading, vertically integrated manufacturer of solar PV ingots, wafers, cells and modules. They also supply custom-designed solar PV systems. They are a global player in the solar PV market and provide their customers with high quality solutions for all their solar needs.
They have an established, successfully and growing European business. They are seeking a Head of Sales Germany to strengthen and lead their German sales team as they continue to grow in this region.
Key responsibilities:
- Management and leadership of the German sales team
- Execution of the Sales management process focused in the closure of supply relationships with Accounts.
- Represents the company's brand in front of sales accounts.
- Creates awareness and demand for company products.
Key skills:
- Experience in sales of solar PV modules, preferable with leadership experience
- Highly proactive attitude with the ability to motivate others
- Results driven individual with entrepreneurial ability
- Fluent in German and English. Other languages a plus
