There is currently a fantastic opportunity to join a leading provider of offshore wind foundations, in a defining role of Engineering Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Leadership and responsibility for design and engineering work in projects, both in-house and at subcontractors (structural, outfitting, geotechnical, marine)
- Interfacing and leadership in multi-disciplinary developmental and engineering work
- Advanced structural design work in developmental and engineering projects related to concrete and steel structures or steel structures
Qualifications
- An Engineering Degree in a structural discipline PhD/M.Sc.
- A broad background in the offshore sector (wind or oil & gas)
- Strong initiative and an independent and entrepreneurial spirit
You should have competence and experience in at least two of these areas:
- Leadership of multi-discipline or large engineering projects
- Advanced design of steel (and concrete) structures according to relevant codes and regulations
- Hydrodynamic and/or dynamics of offshore structures
- Fabrication or construction work
- Marine operations
